Notice of call on RFP* for Market Management System

TEPCO Power Grid, Inc. would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued interest in our business and for your understanding and cooperation.
We are pleased to announce that TEPCO Power Grid, Inc. and Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. have decided to start the call for RFP regarding the "Market Management System".
This RFP call is aiming at selecting a system integrator that will carry out the development and deployment of the "Market Management System", hence the submitted proposals will be evaluated both from a technical and a cost point of view to decide on the best proposal.
Furthermore, prior to receiving the RFP, we will hold a briefing session regarding the requirements contained in the RFP, details of this session to be informed separately.
Please acknowledge that we will only accept RFP from suppliers who have attended our briefing meeting.

4. Eligible attendees at the briefing session

Companies capable of proposing and constructing total solutions for the entire "Market Management System" as a system integrator.

Companies submitting two copies of one of the following : their latest securities report, business report, financial statement, annual report by the day of the briefing. The documents to be submitted should be from the last 3years.

Companies submitting two copies of the pledge of Attachment (1) by the day of the briefing.
5. How to apply for the briefing session

Application method
Please fill out the necessary information on the Attachment (2) and attach it to the e-mail by the deadline date and submit it to us. The title of the mail should be as following.

6. Notes
- （1）
The number of participants allowed to attend the briefing is up to 3 people per company.
- （2）
As for "1. Date and time" and "2. Venue", the applicants shall be notified as soon as the details are decided.
- （3）
Each supplier shall support its own expenses for attending this Briefing Session.
- （4）
Explanations during this briefing session will be conducted only in Japanese. Questions during this briefing session also will correspond in English. (Documents shall be provided in English for reference purposes only)
- （5）
If a company cannot submit a proposal, we will collect all the materials distributed for that company at the end of the briefing session.
