Paul Argenti, Professor of Corporate Communication at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, is a globally recognized expert in the field of corporate communication and crisis management. He spent a few days visiting TEPCO to meet leadership, communication staff, and tour Fukushima Daiichi, and assess our efforts to improve communication as a company.
