Tokyo, May 17, 2018- TEPCO Power Grid, Inc. today announced the addition of a new division to its organizational structure with the establishment of the International Business Development Office to strengthen efforts to develop business opportunities globally.
TEPCO PG is developing new services and expanding its business area, by taking advantage of human resources and technologies, as well as making efforts to supply stable power while reducing the cost of transmission and distribution. Prior to the new division, the Business Development Office, established in April 2017, was responsible for this function.
- Establishment of “International Business Development Office”
The “International Business Development Office” is established in the head office as a specialized function for the power transmission and distribution business in global markets.
