On February 27, 2020 at TEPCO Holdings’ Board of Directors, the following members were formally appointed as the Executives of TEPCO Holdings, Inc., and the candidates for the Directors and Auditors of TEPCO group companies, effective from April 1, 2020. Regarding the Directors and Auditors of TEPCO group companies, those candidates' formal appointment as such will be determined after the meetings of the shareholders and the Board of Directors of each subsidiary.
