“All safety measures should begin by assuming that an accident will happen, rather than assuming the opposite.”
Based on this reflection, we are facing various risks and making efforts to continue to learn from past mistakes and excellence worldwide, identify and address risks before they become a problem, prevent mistakes and errors, continually implement countermeasures to prevent mistakes and errors from escalating into an accident, and repeatedly engaging in training so that we can appropriately contain an accident if one occurs.
And, most of all, we are passing down our regrets and continually making improvements by engaging in initiatives and countermeasures to prevent such an accident from ever happening again.
