Root Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures pertaining to the Unauthorized Use of an ID Card by a Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station Employee

We would like to once again apologize for the concern we have caused amongst regional residents, and society as a whole, as a result of the unauthorized use of another individual’s ID card by a Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station employee.
This incident was reported to the Nuclear Regulation Authority, and after receiving a significance assessment TEPCO engaged in root cause analysis and deliberations about improvement measures.

Today, TEPCO submitted a report to the Nuclear Regulation Authority on the subject of this press release title. An overview of the report has been attached for your convenience.
