We hereby announce that today, Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc. presented Kashiwazaki City Mayor Sakurai with the attached “Basic Approach to the Recommencement of Operation and Decommissioning of the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station” that addresses the requested creation of a decommissioning plan for Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station Units 1~5.
