Applications now being accepted for the Third Free Electrons Global Startup Accelerator Program

TEPCO started accepting applications on January 17, 2019 for the third Free Electrons Program, a global accelerator program for innovative energy-related startups that TEPCO had joined in collaboration with nine* other major utilities around the world.
*AusNet Transmission Group (Australia), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dubai), ESB (Ireland), EDP Inovação (Portugal), innogy New Ventures (Germany), Origin Energy Power (Australia), Singapore Power International (Singapore), American Electric Power Service (USA), CLP Innovation Enterprise (Hong Kong)
The 12 startups to be selected for this program will be given the opportunity to further refine their products and services with the potential of testing, developing, and offering them into a total global customer base of 80 million. These international industry leaders will offer expertise, resources and access to their respective customer bases in exchange for investment and partnership opportunities.
The application deadline is February 22, 2019. The selected 12 startups will be announced in March 2019. Interested applicants can apply for the Free Electrons program at:
