Today, in response to the publication of the fuel prices for March to May, 2014 (trade statistics prices of crude oil, LNG, and coal), the unit price of the electricity rate for August, 2014 has been fixed as follows:

1.Fuel cost adjustment unit prices

2.Impact on the average model
Electricity rates per month for August will increase 32 yen from those for July.

Fuel cost adjustment system:
"Fuel cost adjustment system" is a system designed to automatically adjust monthly electricity fees based on fluctuations in (actual recorded) fuel prices for crude oil, LNG and coal.
