TEPCO will implement the following change of company organization, to steadily promote acceleration of Fukushima revitalization and management reform addressed in the New Comprehensive Special Business Plan, approved on January 15.

1.Establishment of the "Management & Planning Division", "Secretariat of Management & Planning Division" (Aiming the end of June, 2014).
The Management Restructuring Division will be relabeled to "Management & Planning Division", and the Secretariat of Management Restructuring Division and Corporate Planning Department will be consolidated as a new division, "Secretariat of Management & Planning Division". 

2.Establishment of the "Revitalization Coordination Department" (Aiming the end of June, 2014).
The Revitalization Coordination Office, which belongs to the Fukushima Division will be reorganized to "Revitalization Coordination Department", to enforce functions to propose revitalization measures based on the needs etc. of the municipalities and residents inside Fukushima Prefecture.

3.Establishment of a Branch Office framework according to the flattening of organization (Aiming July, 2015).
The "Branch Office" will be set at mainly centers of prefectural capitals in TEPCO's service area. In this way, we will tighten connection with the regions, realizing a further customer/society-connected business management.

Additionally, the "Niigata Branch Office" will be established by July 2015 to strengthen regional response at Niigata Prefecture. The "Administrator of Niigata Branch Office Establishment" will be established aiming the end of June this year for preparation.
