Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated (President Naomi Hirose) and Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (President Satoru Katsuno) have appointed the below candidates for Chairman of the Board of Directors, President & Director, and Directors of JERA Co., Inc. ("JERA") on and after April 1,2016 .
The candidates will be officially nominated at the Board of Directors of JERA after the shareholders meeting.
