TEPCO, jointly with Nuclear Damage Compensation and Decommissioning Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NDF), has released a framework document for the revised New Comprehensive Special Business Plan (hereinafter referred to as the New Comprehensive Special Business Plan, (Revised Version) which was approved on January 15, 2014.

This framework document is based on TEPCO's management reform progress in the past year and is aimed at helping the various parties concerned, such as financial institutions, understand the revised Business Plan.

TEPCO will, after deliberating the contents of the revision thoroughly with the NDF, apply to the relevant ministers for approval of the revision of the New Comprehensive Special Business Plan in accordance with Article 46 paragraph (1) of the Nuclear Damage Facilitation Fund Law.

With "responsibility and competitiveness" as its management policy, TEPCO will continue to strive toward the achieving the management plans specified in the New Comprehensive Special Business Plan, (Revised Version).
