This is follow-up information on defect with the emergent nitrogen gas separation apparatus.
As for the defect that that an air actuating valve does not open in a supply line, we found that this valve is stuck closed.
We opened this valve manually, therefore nitrogen can be supplied with now.
Until replacing and repairing that valve, we will regularly formulate an operational procedure premising ‘opening fully,' and later we will inspect its soundness by conducting a manual starting test with a standby emergency nitrogen gas separation apparatus.
