This is follow-up information on the water (fresh water receiving from the Sakashita Dam) overflowing from raw water underground tank of pure water filtrate system at Fukushima Daiichi NPS at around 1:15 PM today (on September 17)
No abnormalities were found on the raw water underground tank of pure water filtrate system and the other systems including the reactor water injection system.
Analysis result in nearby location around this raw water (sampled on September 10) was below the detection limit value.
- Detection limit value:
Cesium-134: 6.5 x 10-4 [Bq/cm3]
Cesium-137: 7.5 x 10-4 [Bq/cm3]
