We would like to announce measurement results of samples (the south water outlet and the drainage channel) concerning the water leak at a tank in the H4 area in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (sampled on September 13).
The point B-1 (where high radiation dose rate was detected) and B-2 (downstream of B-1) have been currently cleansed, therefore the results of all β at these points (the point B-1: 940 Bq/L; the point B-2: 860Bq/L) are higher than the analyzed data of all β in the past (approx. 40-500 Bq/L). It would probably be attributed to the left water by the cleansing of the B water drainage.
The point B-3 (in front of the junction of drainage channel C) (where the increase of all β was detected) has also been cleansed, and the result of all β was 3000Bq/L, and this is relatively higher than the previous result (2400Bq/L).
We observed no remarkable changes at other points.
We will continue analyzing and monitoring the situation.
