This is a follow-up report on the statuses of steam found wafting through the air near the central part of the fifth floor (equipment storage pool side) of Unit 3 on July 18.
As of the steam coming from near the central part of the fifth floor (equipment storage pool side) of Unit 3, it had been observed by a camera at around 8:00 AM today (on September 17). However, it has not found since around 9:40 AM.
The plant status and the monitoring post readings at present (as of 9:58 AM) are as follows, and no abnormality has been found.
- Reactor water injection, cooling of the spent fuel pool:
Continuing stably
- Monitoring post readings, continuous dust monitor amounts:
No significant change was found
- Temperature of RPV/PCV:
No significant change was found
- Pressure of dry well:
No significant change was found
- Noble gas monitor:
No significant change was found
- Nitrogen injection:
Continuing stably
- Weather condition:
Air temperature 23.9℃, humidity 53%
