Fukushima Daiichi NPS Prompt Report 2013

This is follow-up information on the Jib Mast at the Tip of a Large Crane Bent Down at Fukushima Daiichi NPS, which was found on September 5.

In order to bring the crane into a non-dangerous state, we shifted the bent-down jib part and the lifting hook part to different positions from 8:20 PM to 11:55 PM yesterday (on September 5). We used another crane to lift up the bent-down jib and turn the crane around, so that the tip part of the jib and the lifting hook part were laid on the ground on the west of the Unit 3 Waste Treatment Building.
