Fukushima Daiichi NPS Prompt Report 2013

At around 9:45 AM today (on August 31), an associated company worker, who was engaging in a work to transfer a drum at the F tank area in Unit 6 at Fukushima Daiichi NPS, complained of his bad condition. Therefore, he was examined by a doctor at emergency medical room of the Entrance Control Building. Since a doctor judged that he needs to be transported urgently to the hospital, an ambulance was called around 10:46 AM on the same day.

No contamination was confirmed on his body. We will announce a result of medical examination at the hospital soon after we know it.
