Fukushima Daiichi NPS Prompt Report 2013

We are to hold a press conference from 6:30 PM on August 26 at "Alpine Rose" in J-Village in Fukushima Prefecture to give explanations on setting up of a "task force for contaminated water and tanks" (provisionally translated).

* President Hirose will accompany Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Motegi during his visit to Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station on the same day. We will start the press conference as soon as President Hirose becomes available after accompanying the minister. Please understand that the press conference may start late for this reason.

This press conference will be broadcast live to a press conference room at TEPCO's Tokyo Head Office (the press conference room on the 1st floor of the main building) in the same time frame. We will provide a session where attendants in Tokyo can ask questions to the representatives.

The regular press conference will be held at the same press conference room on the 1st floor of the main building as soon as the above press conference ends.

The regular lecture in Fukushima will be held from 6:00 PM as usual.
