On April 25, 2011, we received the directive document "Instruction to report as per Article 67, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Regulation of Nuclear Source Material, Nuclear Fuel Material and Reactors" from Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

As per the directive document, we reported plant data of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station at the time of the earthquake to NISA on May 15, 2011. Thereafter, we made additions and corrections to the plant data in response to later found facts and errors in contents, and reported the revised plant data to NISA on June 13, 2011 and March 12, 2012.

We have continuously conducted investigations and studies of the accident since then, and compiled new data including: data recorded with relatively long intervals and found to have been recorded by the transient recorders at Units 1, 3, and 5 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station; plant-related parameters; and results of various operation activities. Today, we additionally reported these new data to Nuclear Regulation Agency.

It is expected that other facts will be made clear through efforts such as conducting detailed analyses using additional parameters together with currently used ones. We will revise and resubmit the data each time we obtain a new fact, such as how equipment operated, that is not included in the previously submitted data.
