This is a follow-up report on the statuses of the oil leakage found at the construction site of the Miscellaneous Solid Waste Incineration Building at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station at around 1:05 PM on July 4.
Around 1:38 PM, a TEPCO employee arrived at the site and the leakage was found to be spreading approx. 2m x approx. 1m x approx. 1m (thickness).
The water is leaking at a pace of 1 drop per approx. 10 seconds, and we have placed a bucket to receive the water droplet.
The incident was judged as "leakage of dangerous substances" by the fire department.
