From 10:45 AM Visit to Kariwa Village Head, Hiroo Shinada, at the councilor waiting room of Kariwa Village Office
From 4:00 PM  Visit to Niigata Prefecture Governor, Hirohiko Izumida, at the Governor's room at east corridor of Niigata Prefectural Government Office
