At around 2:08 PM today (May 18), a TEPCO employee at a remote operation room found that, in the upper part of Unit 3 Reactor Building, there was leakage of oil used for the control of unmanned heavy equipment used for debris removal.
At present, the unmanned heavy equipment has been stopped, and the leakage has stopped.
At around 2:33 PM, this incident was reported to Tomioka fire station.
