As a result of FY 2012 4th quarter safety inspection and the safety investigation (performed outside of the safety inspection period) by the Nuclear Regulatory Agency, 1 technical specification non-conformance at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (mask usage without dust filters attached) has been judged to be a "monitoring required" item by the Nuclear Regulation Authority today.

In accordance with the safety inspection/investigation results, we will make efforts towards improved operation quality.
