This is follow-up information regarding the water leak from the underground reservoirs at Fukushima Daiichi NPS.
The results of sampling performed in the leakage detection hole (at 2 locations) and the drain hole (at 2 locations) of the underground reservoir No.1 are as follows.
- Water in the leakage detection hole (in the northeast side) of the underground reservoir No.1

Chloride concentration: 910ppm (previously announced)
Iodine 131: Below the detection limit (1.3×10^-1 Bq/cm3)
Cesium 134: Below the detection limit (1.8×10^-1 Bq/cm3)
Cesium 137: Below the detection limit (9.7×10^-2 Bq/cm3)
Antimony 125: 1.8×10^1 Bq/cm3
Ruthenium 106: 1.2×10^0 Bq/cm3
All β: 1.0×10^4 Bq/cm3
Sampling performed at 1:40 PM on April 9
Chloride concentration: 1100ppm (previously announced)
