On December 27, 2012, we submitted a change of financial support amount to the Nuclear Damage Liability Facilitation Fund (hereafter the fund) in accordance with Article 43 Clause 1 of the Nuclear Damage Liability Facilitation Fund Law.

In accordance with Article 46 Clause 1 of the Nuclear Damage Liability Facilitation Fund Law, the Fund and we jointly submitted the change made to the comprehensive special business plan approved on May 9, 2012 to the competent ministers (the section in the Cabinet Office in charge of the Fund and the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) upon decision at the steering committee of the Fund.

The contents of the change made to the comprehensive special business plan will be promptly announced upon approval by the competent ministers.
