The reports on our facility management plan for Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security"^* (Version 2, Revision 2), (Version 3, Revision) were changed/corrected and submitted to the Nuclear Regulation Authority today.

The following changes have been made this time.

- Radiation monitoring
- Instructions on managing radiation exposure through radioactive materials and objects contaminated by radioactive materials and disposing radioactive waste

In addition, the following corrections have also been made.
