On March 28, 2012, we received a directive document*1 "Establishment of an Implementation Plan on Reliability Improvement Measures at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station" from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. (Previously announced on March 28, 2012)
On May 11, 2012, our implementation plan on reliability improvement measures at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station was submitted to NISA. The implementation plan was then revised based on the opinions received at the hearing held at NISA, and the revised plan was submitted to NISA on July 24, 2012. (Previously announced on May 12 and July 24, 2012)
On July 25, 2012, we received a directive document*2 "Further measures to include in the implementation plan on reliability improvement measures at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (Direction)" from NISA. (Previously announced on July 25, 2012)
On August 27, 2012, we have summarized a report "Plan of building an additional storage tank based on the estimated amount of concentrated salt water and water treated by the multi-nuclide removal equipment, etc. to be generated in the next three years" in response to one of the items given in the direction and submitted it to NISA. (Previously announced on August 27, 2012)
We have summarized a report on the remaining 3 items given in the direction and submitted it to NISA today.
