Due to the publication of fuel prices from February 2012 to April 2012 (trade statistics prices for crude oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and coal published by Ministry of Finance Japan), a fuel cost adjusted unit price for July 2012 is fixed as per enclosure.
As we have applied for authorization to revise the Electricity Supply Provisions on May 11, 2012 (revision to be effective on July 1, 2012), the fuel cost adjusted unit price in accordance with the revised Electricity Supply Provisions will be provided as well.

Fuel cost adjustment system:
"Fuel cost adjustment system" is a system designed to automatically adjust monthly electricity fees based on fluctuations in (actual recorded) fuel prices for crude oil, LNG and coal.
