Report on the status of operation at the time of the accident for Units 2 and 3, Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station
 
We received the instruction document*1 titled "Investigation on the
operation of Units 1, 2 and 3, Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station,
The Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated at the time of the
Accident" from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) of the
Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on October 14, 2011.
                               (Previously announced on October 14, 2011)

Per the instruction, we reported*2 the status of the application of the
Accident Operation Manuals of Unit 1, Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power
Station to NISA on October 21, 2011.
                               (Previously announced on October 22, 2011)

We would like to announce that, we reported the status of the application
of the Accident Operation Manuals of Units 2 and 3, Fukushima Daiichi
Nuclear Power Station to NISA on October 28, 2011.

document received from NISA. However, at this time we have reserved the
right not to provide an English version due to potential
misunderstandings that may arise from an inaccurate rendering of the
original Japanese text. We may provide the English translation that NISA
releases in our press releases. However, in principle we would advise you
to visit the NISA website for timely and accurate information. 
*2 Report 
Per the instruction report *1, NISA required us to report by October 21,
2011. As the timeframe was insufficient, on October 21, 2011, we asked
for extension of the deadline and NISA granted approval for the extension
to October 28, 2011.
