the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake.

2. Nonconformances Found in the Inspection and Restoration Works Performed after
the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake
Based on the "Public Announcement Regarding Nonconformance Found in the Inspection
and Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake", the Tokyo
Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TEPCO) provides this announcement containing
incidents information reported from February 14th to February 20th, 2008.

○ Other Findings
As for the reactor opening and in-core inspections, which was started on
August 21st, 2007, the in-core inspections (Phase 3) of Unit No.3 has been
finished on February 19th, 2007, hereby, all the in-core inspections have
been completed.
Through the inspections, no abnormality such as damage, deformation and
dropout which has an impact on the equipments in reactors has been found.
We will verify the soundness of in-core structures on the basis of the
inspection/evaluation plans made by each reactor including the results of
in-core inspections (announced on February 19th, 2007).
