Regarding the implementation of the Briefing Session on Smart Meter Bidding (120A)
Nuclear Damage Liability Facilitation Fund (hereinafter referred to as Fund) and Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as TEPCO) have announced
implementing the briefing session on the bidding for smart meters required in fiscal 2014, since November 18, 2013. We made the briefing session on November 25, 2013.

- 3 suppliers who are seeking to take part in the competitive bidding in fiscal 2014.
3.Content
- Give an explanation of the contract period, quantity, bidding schedule and procedures, questions and answers, etc.
4.Further schedule
- Date of bidding: December 13, 2013
- Items for bidding: 120A, Quantity: approximately 180,000 units
- TEPCO will conclude the contract after price negotiation based on the bidding result. (We are aiming for late-December, 2013)
