The article states, "TEPCO decided on a policy to file an application for a safety review with the Nuclear Regulation Authority aiming for restarting the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station in this month." However, that's not a fact.
Currently, we are continuously explaining this matter to obtain local understanding, and we have no plan to file the application with the Nuclear Regulation Authority before we obtain an agreement from Niigata Prefecture.
