We submitted our "Draft Bidding Evaluation Report" to the neutral organization, Thermal Power Plant Bids Working Group, on July 2. Today, the working group acknowledged that the evaluation in the draft report was conducted correctly according to the Request for Proposals for Power Purchase 2012FY Solicitation, and we determined the successful bidders accordingly. Provided below is information on the determination.

We will proceed with discussions with the successful bidders regarding such issues as power interchange contracts.

*We have received approval from the successful bidders to disclose their names.
*We have disclosed information in addition to the successful bidder names in accordance with the "new guidelines for bidding on thermal power generation facilities" (formulated by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy on September 18, 2012) and “Request for Proposals for Power Purchase 2012FY Solicitation" (formulated by TEPCO on February 12, 2013).
