Regarding the media coverage (by several news media) on the selection of partner business operators for our smart meters that "the companies which were not selected insist that the selection process and the criteria are unclear and need improvement", we would like to announce that the applications we received in response to the RFP (Request for Proposal) were strictly and adequately reviewed with cooperation from external advisors (consultants) and expert (advisor to the Nuclear Damage Liability Facilitation Fund). The selection was done and the result was reported to candidate business operators in accordance with the fair procedure specified internally.
