We announce updates on the temporary suspension of the multi-nuclide removal equipment at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (announced today) as follows.

Since the equipment was suspended due to incorrect operation, the water remaining in the system is being treated. The treatment is planned to be completed at around 5:00 PM today (April 4).

Recurrence prevention measures are currently being discussed and will be implemented before restarting the equipment.
