The report on our facility management plan for Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security" (Version 2) (Revision 2)^* was corrected and submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Authority today.

The following correction has been made this time.
