We received a directive document* "Thorough Data Recording and Archiving in the Event of Accidents, etc. (Direction)" from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. (Previously announced on August 23, 2012)

In accordance with the direction given, current equipments and their operational conditions were inspected and necessary reliability improvement measures were considered. The results have been submitted to the Nuclear Regulation Authority today.
