On July 24, 2012, we received a directive document* "Possibility of APD misuse by TEPCO subcontractor at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (Direction)" NISA.
(Previously announced on July 24, 2012)
In accordance with the directive document, we have investigated on the APD misuse by our subcontractor at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (such as evaluating the impact of putting lead cover on APD on the radiation dose reduction and radiation dose control), and submitted a summarized report (including recurrence prevention measures) to NISA today.
