The "Report on our facility management plan for Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security" (Version 2, Revision 2*1)" (issued on March 7, 2012) was changed and corrected, and the "Report on our facility management plan for Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security" (Version 3, Revision*2)" (issued on March 7, 2012) was changed. These revised documents have been submitted to the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry today.
The major changes/corrections incorporated this time are related to the newly created storage area for debris, installation of the miscellaneous solid waste treatment facility and the structural strength and seismic capacity of the structure supporting Unit 4 fuel handling machine. The following items have been changed/corrected according to these changes.

We will continue our utmost efforts in ensuring safety at Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station in accordance with the facility management plan (version 1-3) we have developed.
