On July 27, 2012, we received a directive document* "Storage Status of Testing Equipments etc. Carried Out of the Nuclear Power Stations (Direction)" from NISA, which was issued to nuclear operators. (Previously mentioned on July 27, 2012)
Investigation was conducted in accordance with the direction and a summarized report (investigation result) was submitted to NISA today.
According to the investigation result, no L-shape container storing testing equipments, etc. which was carried out of the nuclear power stations (Fukushima Daiichi NPS, Fukushima Daini NPS and Kashiwazaki-Kariwa NPS) was stored outside of the surrounding monitoring areas (except for those carried to the nuclear power stations).
A part of the samples analyzed by external analysis organizations currently stored in the "temporary storage area"(specified by the facility operation plan) in J-Village will be transported to and stored in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station once the preparation is completed.
