On March 28, 2012, we received a directive document^*1 "Establishment of an Implementation Plan on Reliability Improvement Measures at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station" from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. (Press release issued on March 28)

In accordance with this direction, our implementation plan on reliability improvement measures at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station was submitted to NISA on May 11, 2012. The implementation plan was then revised based on the opinions received at the hearing held at NISA, and the revised plan was submitted to NISA on July 24, 2012. On July 25, 2012, we received a directive document^*2 "Further measures to include in the implementation plan on reliability improvement measures at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (Direction)" from NISA.

Adequate measures will be implemented in accordance with the evaluation and direction from NISA.
