Based on the directive document "Responding to insufficient maintenance and control for measuring control facilities at Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station, Tokyo Electric Power Company", on March 16, 2012, TEPCO submitted the report (no.1) to NISA that we confirmed that there were the measure facilities which was overdue the self-management period in the firm rule at unit 2, 3 and 4 of Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station which are under long-term shutdown,. (The report was revised partially on March 30), and we submit the report (no.2) to NISA on April 13.

Today, TEPCO received the directive document regarding violation of the operational safety programs by this event from NISA today.
In accordance with the directive document received today, we will identify the direct and route causes of the incident, develop preventive countermeasures, and compile a report to submit to NISA.
As described in the directive document, we will also respond to a directive document we received on March 2, 2012, by executing what was stipulated in the document.
