We reported the status of Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station affected by Tohoku-Chihou Taiheiyo-Oki Earthquake occurred at on March 11, 2011 and subsequent Tsunami identified to date to Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on August 12, 2011.
We also corrected and resubmitted the report to NISA on September 28, 2011, since there were some mistakes in it.

We hereby announce that we have reported to NISA today on the situation of loss of function of instruments which are important in security, the measures for it, and the influence on Nuclear Reactor Facilities affected by this Earthquake and Tsunami for Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station affected by Tohoku-Chihou Taiheiyo-Oki Earthquake and subsequent Tsunami.
We will continuously push forward the restoration of facilities to keep cold shutdown status of the plants at Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station with the restoration plan that was devised based on a nuclear operator emergency action plan.
