We have put all efforts on settlement of the situation as the first priority regarding the severe accident of the nuclear power station caused by Tohoku Chihou Taiheiyou Oki Earthquake occurred on March 11, 2011, and conducted a thorough survey and review on the accident.
We reported the status of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station affected by Tohoku-Chihou Taiheiyo-Oki Earthquake and subsequent Tsunami identified to date to Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA), Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on September 9, 2011.
We also corrected and resubmitted the report to NISA on September 28, 2011, since there were some mistakes in it.

We hereby announce that we have reported to NISA today on the newly identified facts and obtained knowledge, as the continued report, and on the principle of necessary measures for improving the security of existing nuclear power stations learned by the accident, based upon investigation of the accident and extraction of issues using the new knowledge and analysis results.
We will continuously make all possible measures to keep cold shutdown status and stable condition of the plants at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station.
