Today, we have obtained approval of all the terms of the application we 
submitted to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry on January 24, 
2012 to establish supply conditions outside of the Terms of Electricity 
Supply, which will allow us to apply the Solar Surcharge to the electricity 
bill of customers from April 2012.

In addition, regarding the Terms of Electricity Supply for Wheeling, we 
have also obtained approval today in accordance with all of the terms of 
the application we submitted. 

The Solar Surcharge Rate of FY 2012 (applied to the charge from April 2012 
to March 2013) is as follows.
