We have been evaluating exposure dose of workers at Fukushima Daiichi
Nuclear Power Station in the two categories, which are "Internal exposure
dose" and "External exposure dose".
We have sequentially submitted interim reports to Ministry of Health, Labor
and Welfare on the following items when each reporting due date comes, and
have made announcements*.

We would like to announce that we have compiled the following two issues
and reported to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare today.
(1) Evaluation status of internal exposure dose (Refer to Attachment 1 of
the Exhibit)
- The number of employees engaged in the work in November was 6,022, and
the maximum external exposure dose was 19.51 mSv. (No significant value
was measured regarding the internal exposure of the workers in November)
(2) Investigation on the workers whose contact information is not
identified (Refer to Attachment 2 of the Exhibit)
- The number of employees whom we lost contact with since the period from
March to June decreased from 16, which was the number as of November 30,
to 10.

We are planning to report to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as
follows.
- Exposure dose until the end of December (January 31, 2012)

* We will report on the results of evaluation of the exposure dose from
March to October (The number of workers is 17,671. 109 workers including
the 16 workers who we lost contact with will be evaluated hereafter.) to
Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare on November 30.
