On December 16, 2011, we received a directive document from NISA titled 
"Regarding the submission of factual information related to the 
investigation results of the accident situation at Fukushima Daiichi 
Nuclear Power Plant, Tokyo Electric Power Company (Direction)". 
                                     (Previously announced on December 17)

Today, we announce that we submitted the report to NISA in accordance with 
its direction that summarizes the factual information related to the 
investigation results of the accident situation and progress at Fukushima 
Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.
