We, Tokyo Electric Power Company, have been investigating and verify the 
accident thoroughly for the nuclear accident in connection with Tohoku-
Chihou-Taiheiyo-Oki Earthquake on March 11, 2011.

On Dec.2, 2011, we have announced an interim report that we took measures 
to prevent process and the core damage on these results.

We have organized a report with facts based on various information and the 
testimony of the person concerned provided at present about first action of 
Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident.

In future, we will perform problem extraction in connection with the 
activity for accident and verify the measures enough. And we will announced 
again the results to discuss at "Fukushima Nuclear Accidents Investigation 
Committee" and "Accident Investigation Verification Committee"

We will continue to investigate into facts and announce the facts and so 
forth once they are revealed and confirmed.
