We received, from Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency at the Ministry of
Economy, Trade and Industry, an instruction document* entitled
"Compatibility for "Policy on the mid term security" concerning the Units
1 to 4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station of Tokyo Electric Power
Company (instruction)" and were instructed* by the Minister of Economy,
Trade and Industry to report on a plan of how we operate and manage our
facilities based on the "Policy on the mid term security".

By December 8, based on these instructions and thinking of opinion at
hearings, we submitted a report that summarizes the contents of the plan
concerning the operation and management of our facilities written in below
and the results of evaluations on the security of the facilities to NISA.

·Nitrogen gas injection system for Primary Containment Vessel
·Spent fuel pool etc.
·Boric acid injection system for Reactor Pressure Vessel / Primary

·The Probabilistic Safety Assessment(PSA) about the water injection system
for reactor

Also, today, we announce that we submitted a report that summarizes the
contents of the plan concerning the operation and management of our
facilities written in below and the results of evaluations on the security
of the facilities to NISA.

·Lowering of radiological risk
·Radiation protection from radioactive materials and things contaminated
by radioactive materials and explanation for disposal of radioactive waste
·Radioactive liquid waste treatment facilities and its related facilities
This report will be examined by the government hereafter.
We will keep secure of unit 1 to 4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power
Station based on the plan concerning the operation and management of our
facilities with taking consideration of opinion at hearings.
